3. Pricing and Payment

Payment terms are typically T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) with 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• CIF: Cost, Insurance, Freight - we arrange shipping to destination port
• EXW: Ex Works - buyer arranges all shipping

• ISO 15874 for PPR pipes
• Relevant national and international standards

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Foshan, Guangdong Province.
